Meet Chef Bill Beck

A three time “Best of Philly” winner and twice featured at Manhattan’s James Beard House, Chef Bill Beck has built a reputation for excellence in virtually every facet of the food industry. As a chef-owner, he operates his kitchens with a constant eye toward quality and creativity. Chef Beck burst into prominence in 1996 when he founded Pompano Grille, one of Philadelphia’s first Cuban-influenced restaurants. Over the years, he served as an executive chef for some of Philadelphia’s most prominent restaurants and caterers. Chef Beck successfully operates Taste! Catering, Beck’s Cajun Cafe at two Philadelphia locales – Reading Terminal Market & 30th Street Station, and brings the world a line of chef-inspired condiments and spice blends.
