Owner of Beck’s Cajun Café and Taste! Catering hosts couples cooking classes
At New City Kitchen at Reading Terminal Market

Philadelphia, January 21, 2015 – Award-winning Chef William Beck will host a five part culinary series at the Reading Terminal Market’s new City Kitchen. Chef Beck, who is the owner of Taste! Catering and Beck’s Cajun Café, will guide participants in preparing one-pot dishes in a variety of regional styles ranging from Cajun to Brazilian to Thai.

“I absolutely love to prepare these simple comfort foods and you will too,” said Chef Beck.

The class is ideal for people with basic kitchen skills and is a great excuse for couples’ nights out.

“Leave the kids and the laptop at home and get some together time,” Chef Beck said. “We’re going to have some fun in the kitchen!”
