This is a quick and easy dish; a classic pan reduction sauce that is exceptional with rice or equally as good with pasta. If you where to use a pasta I would recommend an angel hair or a cavatelli pasta. The finished product has a great full mouth feel to it; the seasonings are bold and exciting perfect for the malleable, neutral flavors of chicken. Beck’s Angel’s Kiss spice mix would also be the perfect rub for a whole roasted chicken.


  • 2 servings of Chicken breast (6 oz)

  • 2 TBL olive oil

  • 3 tsp Beck’s Angel’s Kiss Seasoning

  • 1 TBL Fresh Garlic (chopped)

  • ¼ cup white wine

  • 1½ cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup chicken stock (College Inn – low salt)

  • 12 oz cooked angel hair pasta

  • 2 scallions, sliced on a bias


Wash and fully dry the chicken breast.

Coat with 2 tsp of Beck’s Angel’s Kiss

Heat a sauté pan until hot, turn flame down to medium

Cook chicken for two minutes on each side and then remove from pan.

Add garlic and stir around the pan.

Add white wine to deglaze the pan.

Add chicken stock, heavy cream, and the rest of the Beck’s Angel’s Kiss.

Reduce by 1/3.

Return chicken to pan and any of the juices that it may have released.

Place cooked chicken on an angle over the pasta and drizzle with pan reduction sauce equally over chicken and pasta.

Garnish with scallion and serve.
